Israel has blocked a planned visit by a delegation of Arab foreign ministers to Ramallah in the occupied West Bank, drawing condemnation from Jordan and other participating nations. The delegation, including ministers from Jordan, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and the UAE, intended to meet with Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas to discuss the promotion of a Palestinian state. An Israeli official stated that Israel “will not cooperate with such moves aimed at harming it and its security,” preventing the ministers from entering the Palestinian administrative capital.
